Nach einer zweijährigen Pause ermittelt nun wieder der Maresciallo Guarnaccia in Florenz.
Alle haben die sympathische Japanerin gemocht, nun wird sie tot im Fischteich der Boboligärten gefunden. Guarnaccia steht vor einer Wand des Schweigens, doch mit der an ihm so geschätzten Geduld und Hartnäckigkeit findet er am Ende die Wahrheit heraus…auch, wenn sie ihm nicht gefällt.
Wie ein Kurzurlaub, diesmal in Florenz!
